Results
Alto was chosen to support the launch of the first Workday office in South Africa. The Alto team conducted an extensive search and mapped out the territory to identify the most relevant individuals who could build and lead the region from scratch. We were also able to provide significant market intelligence in terms of competitors, available skill sets and salary bench marking.

This resulted in the successful appointment of the new country manager. Alto are now a strategic recruitment partner for Workday across EMEA.

Auth0 are a leading Authentication as a Service provider. Having achieved phenomenal success across the US they are now looking to build a global business.

A major part of this growth is to establish and build the EMEA-wide presence. To achieve this, Auth0 recognised the importance of partnering with a recruitment organisation that could bring a number of assets, including market knowledge, access to leading talent and a proven track record of assisting start-ups.

Results
The Alto team has assisted in the growth of the EMEA business, having facilitated the growth of the UK business as well as helping establish the first office and team in Germany. Alto continues to work alongside the Auth0 team and is helping them to build new international regions.

DataRobot are a pre-IPO vendor at the forefront of AI and machine learning. Backed by renowned VCs and having received in excess of $100m in funding, they are now looking to build a global brand.

The DataRobot management team identified the need to partner with a recruitment organisation that has the experience and track record of supporting other start-ups. Some of the management team have previously worked with Alto and decided to entrust the team with the challenge of facilitating the growth.

Results so far
Alto has successfully hired the first Sales Director on the ground in Germany, the Channel Director for EMEA and the Sales Director for the UK. We have also delivered a number of data scientists. Alto continues to work with the team at DataRobot to help facilitate their growth. We are now working on building new regions such as Southern Europe and the Nordics, as well as continuing to build the established territories.

Infor are a market leader across the ERP, financials, analytics and business intelligence marketplaces. They have utilised a large proportion of a recent $2bn investment to transition into a complete Cloud/SaaS provider.

As part of this transition, they looked to bolster the teams with specific Cloud/SaaS specific individuals and identify a recruitment partner that could bring access to this talent.

FireEye have achieved phenomenal growth since their launch in EMEA in 2011 and have made a number of acquisitions to complement their existing product portfolio. FireEye had the need to identify and attract leading pre-sales talent across the UK and Nordics to help bolster the sales teams. Having utilised different methods without the necessary results they decided to engage Alto on these searches.

Results
The Alto team was tasked with mapping out both the UK and Nordics marketplaces, approaching individuals at vendors, SIs and MSPs. Within two weeks a shortlist of qualified candidates for both regions was agreed, and by four weeks, offers were made to the chosen candidates. Alto now continue to be a strategic recruitment partner for FireEye and have assisted across EMEA for pre-sales, sales and consultant hires.
